Exchange and Return
Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’. We are also unable to offer exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you do select the incorrect ring size we are happy to exchange this for you within 21 days of purchase where stock is available.
As all the pieces are conceived hand-crafted, small imperfections might be present and are not considered a defect. Stones might contain inclusions, differ in colour, which all contribute to the making process.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
[email protected] and we will do what we can to remedy your concerns.
We will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has left our studio in good condition – due to any circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original protective packaging and show no signs of wear. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
We does not issue refunds unless required by law.
