Where we deliver
We delivery to all locations within Australia via https://www.sendle.com or Australia Post or and Internationally via DHL Ecommerce.
Delivery Times
Please note that there maybe unexpected delays to shipping in this time of uncertainty due to covid19. At present all orders and being packed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding bespoke and finery) and all domestic shipping within Australia is currently running as normal.
For our international customers, shipping maybe delayed due to lock downs or government restrictions in your country. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
All Ciclon designs are handmade to order. We ask that you allow 14 working days for your goods to be made and packed and additional shipping time on top of this time frame.
Express shipping is available for domestic orders through Australia Post if your item is available in stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled by express post we will notify you within 2 business days of your order being placed. If express post is not available at the time you place your order we do recommend you getting into contact with us if you require your order more urgently.
EXPESS SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING SALE PERIODS.
Please note that during sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY) additional delays to the above timing may be experienced.
International Orders & Custom Charges
International orders are sent via Sendle and delivery will take between 10 – 15 working days following production. Please allow upto 4 weeks to receive your items as delays maybe experienced due to customs clearances.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or importation charges that maybe incurred with international orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all customs related charges.
Order Confirmation & Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched.
Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, delivery address or location. We take no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times or international customs clearance.
How Your Order Is Packed
All our orders come carefully wrapped and packaged into either a branded calico bag or branded gift box. If you are ordering multiple pieces these will be wrapped individually but packed into the same gift box/bag.
